As part of our expansion, Crypto Gambling News is hiring an experienced Community and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Community and Social Media Manager at Crypto Gambling News, you will be responsible for establishing and managing our Discord and Social Media channels; building a vibrant, enthusiastic community and growing our followers across all our channels. The successful candidate will be interested in all things crypto, be an avid social media aficionado and have their finger on the pulse of the community.

Part-time / Full-time: To be discussed

Location: Entirely remote. Candidate must be able to work within the CET time zone.

Responsibilities Include:

• Produce high-quality, engaging, original content across all social media channels, including daily news content
• Develop and execute on a monthly content plan aimed at spurring community engagement, participation and growth
• Initiate promotions and activities to help drive website traffic and first-time deposits
• Monitor community engagement and member behaviour – moderate platforms, chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
• Identify key members of the community for creator collaborations, press opportunities and influencer marketing
• Assist in organising both offline and online events and meetups
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams
• Share knowledge on local trends, communities and news

Requirements And Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven community development and management experience
• Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, running contests, giveaways, AMAs, etc)
• Very strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of multiple online platforms e.g Twitter, youtube, social media channels, discord, Reddit, LinkedIn etc
• Well-versed in live streaming and digital content creation
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency/gaming terminologies and trends, and a strong participant and follower of crypto culture is a plus
• Able to work a daily four-hour time block (same time every day)
