UnHerd is one of the fastest-growing new media outlets in the UK. We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Audience to join our online editorial team.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our pieces and videos across all social media and video platforms. They will also understand how to devise and implement an effective strategy for audience growth on social media and via our extensive email lists.

Requirements:

• Experience of delivering cross-platform social media and email newsletter growth for a major publication or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of social media, SEO and analytics — including strategy and practical implementation
• A flair for creating written, graphic, audio and video content to be distributed across social media channels
• A track record of managing large email lists, creating eye-catching campaigns and analysing
• Proven ability of identifying segments of users and creating curated campaigns
• An understanding of where UnHerd fits in the media landscape and what more can be done to grow its readership

Salary: Competitive dependent on experience.

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience
