We’re seeking a creative, passionate and organised individual to help grow our award-winning journalism courses.

You’ll work with our editorial development director and our marketing and admissions assistant to help boost the awareness of our undergraduate and postgraduate journalism courses.

You will be responsible for widening our network of schools and universities and strengthening our relationships with our existing database.

You will represent News Associates at outreach events, including hosting workshops and work experience.

You will work to enhance the customer journey for prospective students and provide support during the admissions process, including administrative tasks and writing copy for our websites.

You’ll help to organise marketing events, including masterclasses and our annual journalism conference JournoFest.

This is a creative role with room for growth, so we expect you to come up with ideas for how we can broaden our engagement and get in front of more people.

You’ll be working in a small team meaning your voice is always heard and there is room for rapid growth and development.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for the media and current affairs.

Desirable Skills

  • Have studied on an NCTJ-accredited journalism course.
  • A driving licence and access to a car.

The Role & Who To Apply

  • Hours: This is a full-time, five-day-a-week role (9am-6pm), including occasional Saturdays and evenings (time is taken back in lieu)
  • Location: Twickenham, London (in person), plus travel to schools and universities (expenses paid)
  • Salary: £26,500
