We are on the lookout for an individual that can delight audiences by sharing their excitement about the world of startups, business news, new products and entrepreneurs.

We want someone that is passionate about entrepreneurship, interested in what makes a good product/business/entrepreneur and can share insights/news that could go viral.

You’ll be writing and producing engaging content for an exciting digital publishing brand that is focussed on the world of startups. This will include smart, captivating and sometimes quirky insights on business news, new products and the entrepreneurs behind the brand. All in an entertaining and engaging manner.

You will become a key part of the writing and content team, a contributing voice for our site and a startup team member (with future leadership potential). We love writers that are not afraid to share their insights, opinions and real experiences with our audience. We want business news and insights to be entertaining and generate a buzz!

Content may include:

• The most interesting startup insights and trends.
• Entertaining startup news.
• Entrepreneur profile storytelling.
• New product reviews, with actual product testing.
• Business tips and tricks.
• Written, video, podcast, photography and graphic design (external support as required).

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who can research and write entertaining reviews, analysis and insights around the topic of startup news, products, businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Someone who is passionate about startups; from trying the latest products, to listening to related podcasts, following brands on social media and reading the backstory of entrepreneurs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to produce unique and eye-catching content (not just Google Research and AI copy/paste).
• A creative approach to storytelling and idea generation. Flair, originality and courage are key!
• Bonus points if you have experience in SEO/social media/digital marketing/design or building a community around a specific area of interest.
• Must be willing to be a face for the brand, do video product testing, writing and share insights.

Compensation will include:

• £20,000-£30,000 pro rata.
• Freelance (work any time) or part-time/full-time (contract and internship options).
