NBC News Digital is looking for a freelance weekend reporter (working Saturdays and Sundays) to cover breaking news for our international bureau in London. This position is remote, but the person must be based, and have permission to work, in the UK.

The position requires someone who can react quickly to global and US news as it breaks, writing accurate and clean copy on a wide range of news events, from severe weather and natural disasters, to terror attacks, and the wars in Ukraine and Gaza.

Who You Are

We are looking for a strong reporter with previous experience writing breaking news and bounces for national or international news organisations.
